(Huron County, ON) – Beginning at approximately 1:30 am, Huron OPP officers began receiving calls of alarms, wires down, trees down in the roadway, small fires and many other incidents related to the thunderstorm that ravaged its way across Huron County early this morning.
The damage and mess has become evident in the daylight but at this time there are no reports of injuries from the storm. Officers continue to patrol the area and assist with clearing roads. Hydro One employees are also hard at work to restore power to residents.
