(Havelock Belmont Methuen Township, ON) – On Monday, March 17, members of the Peterborough County OPP were called to investigate a report of several Storage units having been broke into on Industrial Drive.
The property owner reports that between the night of March 16 and the morning of March 17, 2014 unknown persons gained entry to the locked compound of the self storage units located south of the rail tracks in the Village of Havelock. Once inside the compound the suspects broke into four separate locked storage units, then fled the scene.
Officers from the OPP Forensic Identification Unit attended to assist in gathering evidence.
