(NORWICH TOWNSHIP, ON.) -Members of the Oxford County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have arrested a Norwich Township man in relation to the recovery of stolen property.
On December 16, 2014, officers executed a search warrant at a residence on Highway 59 and seized a motor vehicle and other vehicle parts.
Nicholas BUDGELL, 22 years of age from Burgessville was arrested and is charged with the following:
Possession of Property Obtained by Crime- Over $5,000 (2 counts)
Possession of Property Obtained by Crime- Under $5,000
He was released on a Promise to Appear and an Officer in Charge Undertaking and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Woodstock on February 3, 2015.
The investigation is continuing.
