STOLEN VEHICLE LEADS TO CHARGES

(KENORA, ON) -On Saturday, December 21, 2013, approximately 12:10 am, officers at the Kenora detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report that a vehicle had been stolen from the rear parking lot of a local business in the downtown area of Kenora. The automobile was observed in the area of Sixth Avenue South approximately 1:00 am and was subsequently stopped by police. The male driver and lone occupant of the vehicle, 43 year old James Spencer PULS of Kenora has been charged with Possession of Property Obtained by Crime over $5,000, Impaired Driving, Driving with More Than 80 mgs of Alcohol in Blood and Possession of Cannabis Marijuana under 30 grams. He has been held in custody and will attend Kenora court on Monday, December 23 ,2013 to answer to the charges.
