(ST.MARYS, ON) On Monday September 12, 2011 around 6 p.m. Perth County OPP officers in St.Marys were called to attend on Salina St. S. where a car had just been reported stolen.
Investigation revealed that the owner of the Grey 2005 Toyota Matrix had left his vehicle parked on Salina St. S. near Queen St. W. between 3:30 p.m. and 6 p.m. The vehicle was unlocked and the keys had been left inside. The licence plate of the Matrix is AYZA004.
The Perth County OPP is requesting anyone who may have information about this theft or who knows the whereabouts of this vehicle to contact them at 1-888-310-1122. Should you wish to remain anonymous, you may call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477), and you may be eligible to receive a cash reward of up to $2,000.
