STOLEN VEHICLE FROM DEALERSHIP

(CALEDON, ON) – On March 27, 2014 shortly after midnight, officers from the Caledon Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were called to investigate a theft of a motor vehicle from a Regional Road 50 dealership.

Investigation has revealed that a male walked up from Regional Road 50 onto the dealership property, entered the locked 2010 white Toyota Tacoma and proceeded northbound on Albion Vaughan Road. The vehicle was un-plated at the time of the theft and contained a half tank of fuel.

Police are reminding residents to contact the OPP Communications Centre immediately at 1-888-310-1122 to report any suspicious activity or suspicious vehicles in the area. Information such as suspect physical descriptions, suspect vehicles and direction of travel are useful tools for investigators.
