(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment received a report of a stolen vehicle from a Scott Street, Windham, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Sunday, November 17, 2013, in the early morning hours, unknowns proceeded to remove an unlocked motor vehicle that was parked at the residence.
The vehicle can be described as a grey 2012, four- door Hyundai with heavily tinted windows with a Billabong sticker in the rear window.The vehicle contained numerous school supplies and books.
