(ARMOUR TWP) On Tuesday December 17, 2013 at approximately 4:50pm a Ministry of Transportation officer (MTO) requested police assistance when he stopped a Dodge Ram pickup truck on Highway 11, Armour Township and discovered the trailer that the truck was hauling was stolen. OPP attended the location on Highway 11 and arrested and charged a passenger in the pickup truck for possession of stolen property over $5000 and theft over $5000, contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada.
Michael ROBINS (23) of Strong Township was later released from police custody and is to appear in Sundridge Court on Thursday January 30, 2014.
