(Montague Township, ON) – Officers from the Lanark County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have charged a Wolford Township man following a daylight break and enter to a home in Montague Township.
OPP were called to an address on County Road 43 at about 12:50 pm on Thursday 6th October 2016.
A search of the home and area was conducted and a man, fitting the description from witnesses, was stopped nearby. All property stolen from the home was recovered.
Tomi-Jon DONALDSON, 32 years old, is charged:
One (1) Count. Break and Enter A Dwelling.
One (1) Count Possession of Property Obtained by Crime (Under $5,000).
He was held for a Bail Hearing in The Provincial Court in Perth.
