(COLLINGWOOD, ON) Officers from the Collingwood and The Blue Mountains detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Street Crimes unit with the assistance from local Collingwood/The Blue Mountains OPP officers recently executed a search warrant at an area residence.
On March 9 2016, OPP officers attended a residence on Elm Street to execute a search warrant related to the possession of stolen property. The warrant led to the seizure various bicycle parts and computer peripheral and the arrest of a male who was transported to Collingwood detachment for processing. All owners of the seized property were notified of the recovery of their belongings.
Charged is 18 year-old Derek BISEAU of Collingwood, he is facing two counts of possession of property obtained by crime under $5000 and is to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Collingwood on April 12 2016.
