Stolen Dirt Bike Recovered – Two Charged

(ORILLIA, ON) – The Orillia Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is currently investigating a Break and Enter that occurred at an address on Harvie Settlement Road in the City of Orillia.

Sometime overnight on September 27, suspects entered the address and stole items including a dirt bike. The bike is a 2007 Honda CRF 250 R, black in color with red accents with a Metal Mulisha sticker across the gas tank, a rear yellow spring, new tires, and a white number plate on the front bearing the serial number of JHZMF10217M300244.

The OPP would like to thank the public for their assistance in solving this theft. A tip received in relation to the social media/media release on this theft has led to a warrant being executed at an Orillia address.

On September 29, 2015 OPP uniform officers along with members of the Orillia Street Crime Unit, Orillia Crime Unit, Community Drug Action Team (CDAT), Regional Support Team (RST) and Emergency Response Team (ERT) executed a warrant at a Mary Street address. The stolen dirt bike was recovered and two males were arrested.

Kyle MCARTHUR, 20 years old of Ramara, has been charged with Possession of Stolen Property, Possession of Marihuana and Breach of Probation. He was released on a Promise to Appear in Orillia court on November 10, 2015.

Lee MACK, 25 years old of Orillia, has been charged with Possession of Stolen Property and Possession of Marihuana. He was released on a Promise to Appear in Orillia court on November 10, 2015.
