(HALDIMAND COUNTY, ON.) – Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Haldimand County detachment has charged two people after executing a search warrant at a Hwy #3, Haldimand County, ON address.
On Thursday December 12th, 2013 during the morning hours Police attended the Hwy #3 property and conducted a search for stolen property. As a result of the search a 1997 John Deere backhoe stolen from Hamilton, ON in 2012 and a 2001 Honda All- Terrain Vehicle (ATV) stolen from Haldimand County, ON in 2008 where recovered.
Charged with 2 counts of Possession of Property Obtained by Crime over $5000 are 35 year old Allan FISHER and 33 year old Candace FISHER both of Haldimand County, ON. They are to appear in Provincial Court, Cayuga, ON at a later date to answer to the charges.
