(Municipality of Trent Lakes, ON) – On Wednesday November 13, at approximately 7:37 am officers from the Peterborough County OPP, were called to investigate a motor vehicle stuck in a ditch on County Road 36.
Attending officers located a Chrysler 300 and a male driver in a ditch off the roadway. An investigation was conducted into the incident.
As a result of the investigation 23 year old driver Steven MacKEAN of Trent Lakes was arrested and charged with Having Over 80mgs of Alcohol in his Blood.
MacKEAN was held in custody and is scheduled to appear in Peterborough Provincial Courts on November 14, 2013.
