Steven LUNDRIGAN – Methamphetamine, Break and Enter, Breach, etc

(TOWNSHIP OF PERTH EAST, ON) On Friday morning December 26, 2014, Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers were dispatched to the Township of Perth East South Easthope Landfill administration building, where a break-in was discovered.

Investigation revealed that the main entry door had been damaged and that entry had been gained into the building. The building was ransacked and numerous items of value had been removed. Officers located a suspicious male near the landfill site and were able to determine that he had been responsible for the break-in.

Steven LUNDRIGAN (37) of Stratford has been charged with the following Criminal Code of Canada offences; “break, enter a place – commit indictable offence”, “possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000”, “fail to comply with probation order”, and “possession of break-in instruments”. He also faces a charge of, “possession of a schedule 1 substance – Methamphetamine”. He was released on a recognizance and is to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Stratford on January 19, 2015, to answer to these charges.
