(Cavan-Monaghan Township, ON) – Members of the Peterborough County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) clocked a vehicle at 153km/h in the 100km/h zone on Highway 115 this morning just after 12:30am.
Steven Allan Francis ASHBY (age 20) of Cavan-Monaghan Township, ON was charged with stunt driving in relation to excessive speed. His driver’s licence was suspended for seven days and his 2015 Chevrolet Cruze was impounded. The accused is scheduled to appear in Peterborough Provincial Court on December 14, 2015.
