(IROQUOIS FALLS) – The Iroquois Falls Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have arrested and charged a Timmins man with criminal code charges stemming from an investigation based on a complaint received by detachment officers.
OPP officers have completed their investigation and as a result,
Steve Marcel BROWN, 33, of Timmins, has been charged with:
One count of Sexual Assault contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada.
One count of Aggravated Assault contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada
BROWN has been held in police custody in order to be present for a bail hearing at Provincial Court in Timmins this morning.
