(MUNICIPALITY OF WEST PERTH, 0N) On Tuesday October 04, 2011 shortly after 9 p.m. a Perth County OPP officer stopped a pickup truck on Line 32 south of St. Columban.
The driver was given a roadside breath test which he failed. He also failed two Intoxilyzer breath tests at the Perth County OPP Detachment in Sebringville.
Stephen Ryan (38) of the Municipality of West Perth has been charged with operation of a motor vehicle with over 80 mgs of alcohol in 100 ml of blood. He is scheduled to appear in Stratford Court on November 07, 2011 to answer to this charge. He was also issued a 90 day driver’s licence suspension and his vehicle was impounded for 7 days.
