(HALDIMAND COUNTY, ON.) – Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Haldimand County detachment has charged a 32 year old male with Drinking and Driving offences after conducting a traffic stop at a River Road, Haldimand County, ON address.
On Sunday October 26th, 2014 at approximately 1:50 am an officer stopped a brown Ford SUV for a Highway Traffic Act violation. While speaking with the driver signs of impairment by alcohol was detected, which resulted in his arrest.
Charged with Impaired Driving and Driving with over the legal limit of alcohol is 32 year old Stephen PLUMMER of Haldimand County, ON. He is to appear in Provincial Court, Cayuga, ON at a later date to answer to the charges.
