Stephen FOSTER – Drunk Driving

(ESSEX, ON)— The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) in Essex conducted a Reduce Impaired Driving Everywhere (RIDE) initiative in Essex on December 11, 2015.

At approximately 8:00 p.m. while set up on Essex County Road 11 (Walker Road) in Essex, officers observed a brown pickup truck travelling towards the officers at a high rate of speed. The driver of the vehicle stopped abruptly and spoke to officers.

The driver exhibited signs of impairment and was arrested at the scene. His vehicle was towed and impounded for 7 days.

Stephen FOSTER, of Amherstburg, was charged with Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle and Exceed 80 Milligrams Blood Alcohol Content. He will appear in a Windsor court on January 5, 2016 to answer to the charges.
