(CENTRE WELLINGTON TWP, ON)On Tuesday August 20 2013, Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers set up a R.I.D.E. Program on Wellington County Road 18 near Third Line, Centre Wellington Township. At approximately 9:10pm, a 2002 Chevrolet entered the Program. It was revealed that the male driver had consumed alcohol.
Stephen DOWNEY age 52 of Woolwich Township is charged with Over 80, contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on 24 September 2013 to answer to the charge.
