(Ottawa) – On Monday, December 22, 2014, the Ottawa Police Service Sexual Assault and Child Abuse Section charged an Ottawa man with two counts of Voyeurism, four counts of Trespassing at Night, one count of Criminal Harassment and Possession of a Scheduled II substance (CDSA).
The investigation was commenced in June of 2013, responding to a number of public complaints of a male acting in a suspicious manner near people’s homes in the residential area of Chapman Mills Drive in the community of Barrhaven.
Stefan CAMPAGNA, 29 years old, of Ottawa was arrested on December 21st and subsequently charged. He is scheduled to appear in court this afternoon.
