(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Norfolk County Detachment has charged a 32-year-old male after police investigated an incident at a Queensway East, Simcoe, Norfolk County, Ontario, address.
On Sunday, May 29, 2016 at approximately 6:23 p.m., police were called to the Real Canadian Superstore after receiving a complaint about a theft.
Through the course of investigation it was determined that a male removed merchandise from the store and then fled from the area.
Officers patrolling, subsequently located the male and took him into custody without incident.
As a result of investigation, police have charged 32-year-old Stanlee George LODER of Norfolk County, Ontario with theft under $5,000, disobeying a court order and failing to comply with probation order.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
