(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Norfolk County Detachment arrested and charged an 18 year old male after police were called to investigate an incident at a Cedar Drive, Turkey Point, Norfolk County, Ontario, address.
On Saturday, July 18, 2015 at approximately 11:46 p.m., police responded to the Turkey Point Hotel after being contacted by a concerned member of the public.
Through investigation it has been determined that a male attempted to gain access to hotel and was refused entry after providing identification.
As a result of investigation, police arrested and charged 18-year-old Spencer HACKETT of Burlington, Ontario with being intoxicated in a public place and person under 19 years consume liquor, contrary to the Liquor Licence Act.
