(COUNTY OF BRANT, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police, a County of Brant officer was conducting radar patrol on the 403 Highway, on Tuesday February 25th, 2014. At approximately 7:39 p.m. the officer observed a blue Audi travelling at a high rate of speed. The officer clocked the vehicle going over 160 km/h in a posted 100 km/h zone.
The driver of the vehicle Damian DZIADOSZ 20 years of age from the City of Brantford was charged under the legislation for Stunt Driving and his vehicle was seized for 7 days and he received a 7-day license suspension.
