(Russell, ON) On November 21, 2013 OPP Constables were on patrol on North Russell Road when they stopped a vehicle for speeding. A conversation with occupants and the police computer verification confirmed to the officers that some offences had been committed. Further investigation led to the seizure of some illicit drugs.
Fawaz ABDULLAH, 24 years old of Ottawa will have to appear in L’Orignal Court on December 18, 2013 to answer to the following charges:
