Snowmobile Collision – One Sent To Hospital

(Douro-Dummer Township, ON) – Just after 7:00pm on Saturday evening members of the Peterborough County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were called to investigate a snowmobile collision adjacent to Highway 28.

The driver of the snowmobile drove into an electric fence. The crash caused injury to the neck of the rider.

A 42 year old male from Selwyn Township was transported to Peterborough Regional Health Centre (PRHC) where he is being treated for his injuries. The investigation into the collision continues.
