(NORTHUMBERLAND, ON) As of 10:25 am, Northumberland Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have been notified that the snowplows for Hamilton Township and the Municipality of Brighton have been taken off the roads because of severe weather conditions and poor visibility.
Northumberland OPP officers will be responding to PRIORITY INCIDENTS ONLY in these areas for safety reasons.
The OPP is requesting the public to avoid any un-necessary travel until the weather and road conditions improve.
