(TOWN OF NEW TECUMSETH, ON) – On the 17th of January 2015, at 3:20 p.m. a citizen reported concerns for occupants and the driver of a grey Pontiac Grand Am traveling on Industrial Parkway at Tottenham Road in the Town of New Tecumseth. Officers with the Nottawasaga Ontario Provincial Police responded and located the vehicle.
After further investigation into the four occupants, it was determined that they were in possession of cannabis marihuana and drug paraphernalia. They were arrested and charged with possession of cannabis marihuana under 30 grams, contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada.
All four males charged are 18 years of age, Dylan FARROW, Michael HASLAM, Peter SUTHERLAND-PENKARSKI and are from the Town of New Tecumseth. Dylan MASCARIN is from the Township of Adjala-Tosorontio.
They are scheduled to appear in court on the 26th of February 2015 in answer to their charge.
