(PUSLINCH TWP, ON) On Tuesday September 17, 2013 at approximately 11:40 am Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers were conducting R.I.D.E. spot checks on Gore Road at Shellard Road in Puslinch Twp.
At that time and location officers investigated the driver of a 2000 Chevy Silverado pick-up truck that entered into the checkpoint. During the investigation police located a small quantity of marihuana.
Jose De Sousa age 47 of Cambridge has been charged with Possession of Marihuana Under 30 grams contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph court on October 8 to answer to the charge.
