(MOOSONEE, ON) – On Wednesday July 24, 2013, officers with the Moosonee Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Detachment responded to a report of an altercation in the parking lot of a local business in Moosonee.
As a result of the investigation, OPP officers arrested three persons.
Robert John GUNNER (48) of Moosonee, Ontario
Cause Disturbance as per s. 175 (1)(a) of the Criminal Code (CC).
He is scheduled to appear in court on October 1, 2013.
Eric Maurice KOOSTACHIN (25) of Moosonee, Ontario
Utter Threat to Cause Death or Bodily Harm as per s.264.1(1)(a) CC;
Assault Peace Officer (x 2) as per s. 270(1)(a) CC;
Cause Disturbance (x2) as per s.175(1)(a) CC;
Obstruct/Resist Peace Officer as per s. 129(a) CC.
Bail hearing held on July 26, 2013 in relations to the noted charges above.

Assault Peace Officer (x 2) as per s. 270(1)(a) CC
Obstruct/Resist Peace Officer as per s. 129(a) CC.
She is scheduled to appear in court on October 1, 2013
