(TOWN OF ERIN, ON) – On July 4, 2014 at 2:26 pm, the Wellington County Ontario
Provincial Police (OPP) investigated a single motor vehicle crash with the assistance of the OPP Technical Traffic Collision Investigation (TTCI) unit.
Resulting from the police investigation, 43 year old Jason DUNCAN from the Town of Erin has been charged with Impaired Driving, Operate over 80 Milligrams, Drive Disqualified, Flight from Police and Speeding. He is scheduled to appear in court on July 22, 2014 to answer to the charges.
Wellington County OPP officers were attempting to stop the motor vehicle when the driver lost control.
