(MUNICIPALITY OF GREY HIGHLANDS, ON) – On Friday, July 26, 2013 at approximately 8:13 p.m., Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a single vehicle rollover on Hwy. 10 near Road 130 in the Municipality of Grey Highlands.
The driver of a 2004 Toyota RAV was travelling northbound on Hwy. 10. He attempted to pass a vehicle, nearly causing a head on collision. He subsequently lost control of his vehicle which entered the east ditch, rolling several times before coming to rest in the field. No injuries were reported.
Nolan Mathais ROCHE, age 23, of Mississauga, Ontario was charged with careless driving under the Highway Traffic Act.
