(CHATHAM-KENT, ON) On Thursday, December 5, 2013, just before 8:00 a.m., Chatham-Kent Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers responded to a collision involving a single motor vehicle on the eastbound off-ramp of Highway 401 at Communication Road.
The collision occurred when a Nissan vehicle traveling eastbound drove off the roadway while it was exiting the highway.
The driver, 27 year old Gbubemi UGBEYE from Windsor, ON, has been charged with Careless Driving, contrary to the Highway Traffic Act.
No injuries were reported.
