(CHATHAM-KENT, ON) On January 10, 2014, just after 8:00 a.m., Chatham-Kent Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers responded to a collision involving a single motor vehicle on Highway 401 near Blacks Road.
The collision occurred when a tractor trailer travelling westbound left the roadway, went through the centre median and into the eastbound lanes, then back into the median where it came to rest.
The driver of the tractor trailer, 55 year old Gurmit LALL, from Brampton, ON, has been charged with Careless Driving.
No injuries were reported.
