Single Vehicle Collision – Omer LAJEUNESSE – Drunk Driving

(ST. CLAIR TWNSP, ON) Lambton Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) and St. Clair Firefighters responded to a single motor vehicle collision on August 12, 2013 just before 9:00 p.m.

A Dodge truck had been southbound on highway 40 near Bickford Line when it left the roadway and settled in the east side ditch.

As a result of the ensuing investigation, the driver, 61 year old Omer LAJEUNESSE of Chatham was arrested and charged with Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle and Drive Over the Legal Limit. The driver has a Sarnia court date of September 9, 2013.

There are no reports of injuries.
