(COUNTY OF BRANT, ON) – County of Brant Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers were called to a single motor vehicle collision on Highway 24 near Bethel Road on November 7, 2014, at approximately 12:59 a.m.
While the officer was talking to the driver, she observed all the usual signs of impairment by alcohol. The male driver was transported to the County of Brant OPP for Intoxilyzer Tests.
Jordan MOORE 24 years of age from the County of Brant is facing the following criminal charges

Impaired Driving
The accused is scheduled to attend Provincial Court in Brantford on December 12, 2014 to answer to the charges.
