(CITY OF KAWARTHA LAKES, ON.) – A recent vehicle stop conducted by the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has resulted in a North York man facing two Highway Traffic Act related charges.
On April 8, 2015 an OPP officer stopped a vehicle when it was observed travelling at 134 km/h in an 80 km/h zone on Highway 35 near Telecom Road.
The driver, Sinan CAPR, 59 years of age, was charged with racing and pass when roadway not clear.
The accused will appear in court, in Lindsay, on May 12, 2015.
