On December 22, 2014 at 10:27 a.m., the Guelph Police received the complaint of a possible impaired driver. The driver and motor vehicle were located on Speedvale Avenue West. Police spoke with the male driver and it was determined that he had been drinking alcohol and he was arrested.
Silas Ngososei, 34 years of Guelph has been charged with impaired driving and drive over 80 mg. He will appear in court on January 9, 2015.
