(GEORGIAN BAY TOWNSHIP, ON) – On Monday August 24, 2015 at 10:44 a.m. an officer from the Southern Georgian Bay Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) observed a motor vehicle travelling at 149km/h in an 80km/h construction zone on Highway 400 in Georgian Bay Township. There were construction workers present at the time of this incident.
Siew Gim SOH (age 49) of Markham, ON has been charged with stunt driving in relation to excessive speed. Her driver’s licence has been suspended for 7 days and her 2015 Lexus SUV was impounded. The accused is scheduled to appear in Penetanguishene Provincial Court on October 1st, 2015.
