(TOWNSHIP OF SOUTHGATE, ON) – Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) with the assistance of the Grey County OPP Crime Unit are investigating a weapons call after two vehicles, a Dodge Ram pick-up truck and a Pontiac Grand Am, were found damaged as a result of gun shots fired at them while parked outside a residence on Southgate Road 22 in the Township of Southgate. Several spent cartridges were located at the scene.
The victim notified police shortly after midnight on July 13th after discovering the damage.
Police are seeking witnesses to the incident which is believed to have occurred sometime between 6:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 12, 2016.
