(HALDIMAND COUNTY, ON.) – Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Haldimand County detachment is investigating a firearm discharge complaint at a Mississauga Road, Mississaugas of the New Credit First Nation Territory, ON address.
This morning, Wednesday May 6th, 2015 at approximately 12:50 am Police were called to the Mississauga Road address after residents were awoken by the sound of gunfire.
Investigation has thus far revealed that unknown(s) attended the address and discharged firearm rounds into a Dodge pickup truck parked in the driveway and then fled the scene.
A Chev car was observed fleeing the area.
No one was physically injured during the incident.
The investigation is continuing.
