Barrie Police officer responded to a shoplifter at Canadian Store in the southend. The 22 yr old male was observed by store secuity removing $25.00 in car parts from the premieses. The male was arrested by security and returned to the loss prevention office. The officer arrived on scene and determined the arrest to be lawful.
