(Rockland, ON) On February 11, 2014 OPP Constables responded to a theft incident at the Canadian Tire Store in Rockland. At that location a store employee noticed two male acting suspiciously and committing a theft. The two male existed the store without paying for the items. They were apprehended outside the store. The OPP was contacted and attended the store. As a result of the investigation two male were arrested.
Adam Christopher St-Louis, 26 years old from Alfred-Plantagenet along with Luc St-Onge, 43 years old of Wendover will both have to attend L’Orignal court on March 12, 2014 to both answer to the charge of:
