(CALEDON, ON) – On April 20th, 2015 at 6:40 pm, a female was sitting on a pathway between 18 King Street and Willow Street in the Village of Bolton. At that time, a dark coloured Volkswagen Golf occupied by four males drove up to the pathway and one of the occupants shot the victim in the back with a BB gun. The BB pellet lodged in the victim’s back and she required medical attention for the injury.
On April 29th, 2015 officers from the Caledon Detachment arrested an 18 year-old male with weapon related offences.
Anthony Paul PULLICINO, 18, from Caledon was arrested and charged with Assault with a Weapon and Possession of Weapon for Dangerous Purpose.
He was released and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Orangeville on May 28th, 2015 to answer to the charges.
