Sherri-Lynn GAGNON – Breach, Drugs

(PEMBROKE, ON) – On October 13, 2015 a member of the Upper Ottawa Valley Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Community Drug Action Team (CDAT) observed an adult female on Pembroke Street East in the City of Pembroke who was wanted an outstanding warrant in relation to breach of probation charges. The female was arrested and taken into custody. At the time of the arrest the female was found to be in possession of illegal drugs. As a result 24 year old Sherri-Lynn GAGNON of the Township of Whitewater Region is charged with the following Controlled Drugs and Substances Act offences:

· Possession of a Schedule I Substance – Buprenorphine

· Possession of a Schedule I Substance – Lisdexamfetamine

· Possession of a Schedule II Substance – Nabilone

· Possession of a Schedule II Substance – Cannabis Marihuana

· Possession of a Schedule III Substance – Methylphenidate

GAGNON was also charged with Failing to Comply with her Probation Order contrary to the Criminal Code. She was held for a bail hearing on October 14, 2015 at the Ontario Court of Justice in Pembroke.
