(CITY OF GUELPH, ON) – On October 22, 2016 at approximately 5:02 a.m. members of the Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) investigated the driver of a 2005 Hyundai that was travelling eastbound on Stone Road in the City of Guelph.
A police query of the male revealed that he was disqualified from driving as well as suspended.
47-year-old Shawn KILLELEAGH has been charged with Operate Motor Vehicle While Disqualified contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada and Drive While Under Suspension contrary to the Highway Traffic Act x2. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Criminal Court in November to answer to the charges.
