(QUINTE WEST, ON) On January 26, 2015, at approximately 1:30am a Quinte West Police officer was on patrol in Trenton when he observed a motor vehicle being driven in an erratic manner.
The officer stopped the motor vehicle and after a brief investigation it was determined that the male driver of the vehicle was impaired by alcohol.
Shawn Jeffrey ROBERTSON, 31, of Quinte West has been charged with Over 80 milligrams in 100 millilitres of blood. ROBERTSON was released with a court date in February.
