(ELLIOT LAKE, ON) – The East Algoma Ontario Provincial Police of Elliot Lake has charged a local female after a traffic stop on Hutchison Avenue.
At 1:57 a.m. on October 9, 2015 while on general patrol, an officer noted a vehicle driving towards him with high beams on. The OPP officer conducted a traffic stop and through investigation the female was charged.
Charged with the following is Sharon NICHOLLS (61) of Elliot Lake.
Driving with More than 80 mgs of Alcohol in Blood as per s. 253(1) (b) of the Criminal Code of Canada.
The accused is scheduled to appear in Elliot Lake court on December 1, 2015.
