On Tuesday September 13, 2016 at 7:15 p.m., a female was walking in the area of Ira Needles Blvd near Victoria Street South at the CN Rail track in Kitchener. An unknown male approached her from behind and sexually assaulted her. The male fled on foot down Huck Crescent towards Victoria Street. The male is described as a black male in his twenties, short dark hair, thin build, wearing a blue shirt, blue backpack and long grey pants with white shoes.
