Recently North Huron Reeve neil vincent was asked where he saw North Huron in 5 years. Vincent offered a disjointed response void of content. Some think his inability to respond coherently was because he saw an accurate vision of our future of falling stop lights, collapsing storm drains, crumbling dam, increasing taxes, etc. and was so horrified it turned him spinny and he lost himself.
